Rodrigo Herrera, PhD, is  a strategy consultant with over twenty years of demonstrated achievement focusing on corporate strategy development, business transformation, talent management, operations improvement, and cost-reduction. Rodrigo is highly effective at developing cross-organizational collaboration and relationships in domestic and international settings with a proven record of generating tangible business results. He has helped clients break through challenges in transformation management, sales force effectiveness, operations efficiency, and leadership pipeline acceleration, among others.

Rodrigo began his career at McKinsey & Co., was a founding member of the Houston office of Katzenbach Partners LLC, and a core team member of the Leadership, Change, and Organization practice at A.T. Kearney. Rodrigo also served as the Chief People Officer for a non-profit organization, KIPP Houston Public Schools, and was responsible for designing and implementing a talent strategy for 20 public schools with a focus on improving change management skills, leadership development, employee engagement, and executive team effectiveness.

Rodrigo completed his Bachelor’s degree at Duke University on a full-ride merit scholarship and a holds a PhD in Ethnomusicology from the University of Texas at Austin.
